The Project HOO-man Protect: “In-service Training on Human Resources Policies” was held on January 27, 2023 via Zoom. It aimed to strengthen the participation of faculty extensionists in the conduct and implementation of extension programs and projects of the Unuversity. Specifically, (1) to be familiarized with and emphasized the benefits of the faculty in VSL and TL statuses performing in extension services units, (2) to be informed of the latest human resources policies on the overtime, applicable level benefits, off-setting policies, monetization and (3) other faculty related human resources policies. The webinar was participated in by University officials, campus directors, college deans, campus, college and program extension coordinators and faculty extensionists. Mr. Rigor P. Tombale, Head of PRMSU Human Resource Management Office, served as the resource speaker of the activity.
