President Ramon Magsaysay State University led by University President Dr. Roy N. Villalobos attended the First Zambales Police Provincial Office Sports Fest 2022 held last November 29, 2022 at Zambales Police Provincial Office- Camp Conrado Yap, Sto. Rosario, Iba, Zambales. Dr. Villalobos was one of the guests of honor and speaker together with Mayor Jun Omar C. Ebdane of the Municipality of Botolan.
The highlight of the event was the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement on the Physical Fitness Extension Program between President Ramon Magsaysay State University represented by President Dr. Roy N. Villalobos and Zambales Police Provincial Office represented by Provincial Director Police Colonel Fitz A. Macariola. Witnessing the momentous event were CTE Dean Dr. Zenvi Ann M. Macalinao, Project Leader Mr. Robert Alvin Yap and other officials of the Zambales Police Provincial Office. The Physical Fitness Extension Program at ZPPO will commence after the signing of MOA effective until November 29, 2023.
